These formations can proceed into Between firms or intra some but in a forming shop except company. A practical application of the tools or principles can be organized in the workshops of or one of the participating companies.

  Follow-up of the actions


  These actions are defined starting from a schedule of conditions.
They are based on building sites of improvements which will be used
as discussion thread to the participants. The building sites are chosen
by the industrial persons in charge.
Opti-process begins on beforehand definite results.

These courses are addressed to organizations and centers of formation (Schools, CCI...) for the acquisition of the fundamental principles.
